i gotta learn how to use it correctly. patience is the key.

i'm at gillette lifetime clinic right now waiting for my physical therapy appointment for my walker. i haven't got a chance to walk with it because i haven't had any physical therapy to learn how to walk with it, so this is just one step towards my goal to walk. i don't like being so vulnerable and disabled. i also don't like not being able to do things i want to do like walk. i need to learn some things again when walking. i hope that after this appointment i will be able to do more for myself.
